Elly Hoskin’s rise in the Enduro World Cup scene reached a new high with a commanding victory at the Bielsko-Biała round of the 2025 UCI Enduro World Cup. In only her second race as an Elite rider, the 21-year-old Canadian delivered a masterclass in wet-weather racing, clinching her first Elite World Cup win by an astonishing margin of over 45 seconds. 
The course in Poland was a true test of skill and nerve. With rain turning the trails into slick, technical gauntlets, riders had to manage grip, speed, and line choice with razor-sharp focus. Hoskin rose to the occasion, riding with poise and aggression that belied her relative inexperience in the Elite field. Her ability to stay smooth and fast through treacherous terrain made the difference—and it showed on the clock.
"I still don’t think I’ve accepted what happened, but I am very proud of my effort, and it feels really sweet after all the work, injuries and everything else. I got to share my first two elite world cups with my mum for the first time which was extremely special, and I got my lucky number so, pretty good weekend!”

This result not only marks her first win at the top level but also reshapes the overall standings, with Elly now sitting in third overall behind Ella Conolly and Morgane Charre. Even more significantly, she becomes the first Canadian woman to win an Enduro World Cup race—an historic milestone for both her and the sport in Canada. 
“(The Polish trails) are high speed and low gradient in a lot of places, with some flat corners, rocks and sweet doubles thrown in. It is a lot of ‘make your own momentum’ so it gets physical really fast but I like a good sufferfest.”
