Back To Back Champs
Freedom of movement is really important for riders, which is why Trigger shorts have a built-in stretchy lumbar panel.
Hooray For Pockets
You want pockets, you got 'em! Two zippered hand pockets plus a cargo pocket gives you plenty of places to stash all your stuff.
Up Up And Away
For trail rides where the focus is on lots of spinning and covering serious ground, Trigger shorts are lightweight, breathable and won't get in your way during lung-busting on big climbs.

I am no a biker but love the shorts, because of the light, comfortable material and the many zippered pockets. Try to find that combo in any other shorts.
I tend to wear the same shorts way too often. Because of that I want them to be comfy. My previous Race Face shorts were XL (XXL wasn't available from distributor or not made previously).
These are light weight and thin, very airy which is great for Texas Swamp Ass. And working in them is nice.
Because they are thin, they may not be as durable (don't know that, haven't ridden in them yet). But working in them all day they feel great, good pockets, zippers are good.
I find it hard to believe that I'm the XXL as usually I'm an XL in most shorts. The XXL are still a little tight in the booty/hip area (waist is fine) but feel good everywhere else and should loosen up with use.
I highly recommend for a nice light pair of shorts, for sizing, go up a size from normal.
I usually wear the same size in every company. For Race Face gear, as an exemple, 34 is 32.
I suggest to take one size up.
