Aeffect R Crankset
Forged 7050 AL gives this crank phenomenal strength, earning it an Enduro rating at a lighter than expected weight and is available in a 165mm length.
Black To The Future
Even if your crankset will inevitably get covered in scratches, dust, and mud, this black satin finish does really tie the ride together nicely.

Packaging was great, fit was spot on, and they ride great as well. Quality products.
I already had these cranks in the 175 length, but wanted to see what shorter cranks (165) would feel like. I already knew the quality would be great, and given the relatively inexpensive price tag, it seemed like a low risk experiment. Upshot: so glad I tried shorter cranks — I highly prefer them.
I bought this to replace the stock FSA cranks that came on my bike, since the bolt pattern really limited my chainring options. Cinch is great, easy to swap chainrings and have so many options now (currently running oval). The cranks look great, super easy install, and I love that they come in 165mm length for short legs and more clearance.
This crankset is one of the better ones at this price point, I have ever used. They are very stiff without a hint of flex under load or on big drops. The Cinch setup is awesome. Right now I've got the Shimano 12 speed ring on it but if I ever wanted to use a normal Raceface ring I could. These cranks are easy to install too; it took me all of 10 minutes. I used a Shimano XT bottom bracket too, only because it is like half the price of the Raceface one. I think a race one would be about the same ease of installation as well.
