Originally I tried the Traverse short and got a medium following the size guide. But they were a bit snug to wear with a chamois underneath, and the wait and was elastic so I thought if I sized up they would fall down. So I ended up going with NIMBY in a size large as the waistband is adjustable. At first they felt perfect but now they've stretched out quite a bit in the butt and legs and feel to big. I do like how light the fabric is, super breathable and nice to wear, and the length is nice and long. Should have got a medium maybe though.

These shorts are the best. they are both durable + breathable all in one tight wrap around my sweet mountain biking butt.

Short in general is light and stretchy. Like the fabric but the band around the lower back is sweatier than I expected. I ended up sizing up to a medium as the small felt too snug, I normally wear a 4-6 so didn't realize that would be a medium. Also shorts came with a warning about a banned chemical - I looked up the warning and it was hard to decipher but seems like something is banned in California. Would have been nice to know when purchasing. Took my chances and washed before wearing.

So I bought these because I own the Indiana and the Charlie shorts, xs and small. These new nimby shorts are horrible! First off I have pretty normal female build and the waist is so tight yet legs are huge and the front area from crotch to leg has this funny fit, huge BTW. Not really sure who these will fit unless you have 24in waist and 36in hips! Oh and huge thighs. Hand pockets not worth much,, where are the thigh pockets,, and belt loops kinda wondering what that's all about other then make the waist thicker and more uncomfortable, since since the inner velcro taps aren't uncomfortable enough. Material is ultra soft, although feels so good to the touch, not what I'd want against my skin sweating in the dirt on a hot day. What have you done race face? Bring back the sizing and fit like the indiana and charlie, in fact bring back the indiana shorts! They were light, durable, perfect pockets perfect all around summer shorts! Sorry such a review but need to get this out there, I'm sure I can't be the only one saying these things. I love rf don't get me wrong, I run rf components and wear other stuff with pride!!
