International Warranty. Burnaby, BC

General Summary:

Do you have a passion for bicycles, bike parts and cycling? At Race Face / Easton Cycling we provide industry leading customer service, warranty and technical support to our Distributors. The International Warranty Representative will manage the day-to-day details related to supporting the Easton Cycling and Race Face distributor base and outside Sales Reps. This includes daily communication (phone, email or social media), fulfilling all of the needs & requests for ordering, warranty and shipping product in a timely and efficient manner.

Core Functions:
  • Processes returns/warranties and complete service per department procedures.
  • Respond effectively to customer, dealer and distributer inquiries to ensure good business relations and a satisfied customer.
  • Proactively communicate persistent quality control issues within the department and to other departments as necessary.
Specific Duties:
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services in a professional and positive manner.
  • Resolve customer requests via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Respond effectively to dealer inquiries to ensure good business relations
  • Analyze data to identify sales and service opportunities
  • Provide feedback to Sales manager as needed
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide special events and technical support where needed in season.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to develop, maintain and nurture client relationships

Junior Graphic Designer / Production Artist. Burnaby, BC

General Summary: 

Do you have a passion for design and cycling? At Race Face and Easton Cycling we produce industry leading products and cutting-edge marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a passionate, outdoor enthusiast to join our talented team.

We are seeking a junior designer with strong attention to detail to execute on accurate production artwork. You will be supporting and learning from the senior designer on a variety of projects such as updating production drawings, revising packaging, creating installation guides and image preparation. This creative role has the potential to expand into increased collaboration with the engineering department on product design. The ideal teammate is extremely organized, has the ability to multitask and is capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Production drawing updates.
  • Creating installation guides.
  • Preparing print and digital for ads and banners.
  • Preparing assets for tradeshows and events.
  • Assist in catalog and website updates and development.
  • Manage digital assets across multiple channels.
  • Image preparation/optimization.
  • Ensure assets are updated across all our distribution channels.
  • Packaging Updates.
  • Follow brand and graphic conventions.
  • Work with the Senior Designer to implement design ideas or revise/edit them.
  • Contribute to marketing department creative brainstorm of new campaigns.
  • Provide input on early stage product design and aesthetics.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a production environment doing graphic design or product design.
  • Possess proficient skill level with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Speed and efficiency with these programs is a must.
  • Strong design and production skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and priorities.  
  • Must have excellent understanding of conceptual design, layout, and typography principles.
  • Experience with adhering to brand standards and design guides.
  • Strong organizational skills, project planning abilities, timeline management, and attention to details.
  • Industrial design experience is an asset but not required.

Francophone Warranty and Customer Service Representative - Burnaby, B.C.

Warehouse Associate

Reporting to the warehouse manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Loading or unloading product from truck/trailer/container outside, sometime while it is raining;
  • Put away product;
  • Count product;
  • Kit product;
  • Pick and pack product;
  • Ship using UPS/FedEx and other computer applications;
  • Sweep/mop floors, empty garbage bins, take out trash.

Must Haves:

  • Must be able to read and clearly communicate in English;
  • Must be able to work fast pace and be accurate;
  • Must be able to follow verbal directions;
  • Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation;
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours;
  • Must be able to count and do basic math;
  • Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach;
  • Must be willing and comfortable with repetitive task;
  • Must have basic computer skills and know how to operate a computer and computer software;
  • Must have three years experience working in warehouse environment.

Work Environment:

  • Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts;
  • Noise level varies and can be loud;
  • Temperature in the warehouse may vary between 15 and 32 degrees Celsius, and will occasionally exceed 32 degrees
  • Very fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Salary:

  • Permanent, full time;
