Job Description:
CNC Machine Operator works in our production machine shop running CNC milling machines. Responsible for meeting daily production targets while keeping machines maintained and clean, inspecting all parts carefully, completing all paper work accurately, and assisting other operators whenever possible. Other duties might include operating a manual or CNC lathe, broaching machine, tumbling machine, or laser engraver; doing setups on up to five different machines; editing g-code programs; repairing and modifying fixtures; repairing and maintaining machines; making prototypes of new products and fixtures.

Requirements:
1. Training in machining or manufacturing required.
2. Machine shop experience, particularly CNC milling machines, preferred.
3. Experience with measuring instruments and technical drawings preferred.
4. G-code programming an asset.
5. Computer proficiency an asset.
6. Enthusiasm and reliability required.

- Race Face is looking for composite production staff to support growth in our Canadian facility. The successful candidates will be involved in various stages of carbon composite manufacturing including material preparation, hand lay-up, moulding and finishing to consumer product specifications.
